FAQ
How many pictures will I receive?
A.That depends on your session.
I try to provide the same number photos as there are minutes in your session - give or take.
For example, a 15 minute session would have 15 photos, a 30 minute session would have 30 photos and so on.
How long does it take to get my gallery back?
A.This depends on how busy my schedule is, how many photos need to be edited, and how many galleries are ahead of you. My goal is to maintain a 4-8 week turnaround time and communicate if it will take longer. I will send out galleries as soon as possible.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
A.I recommend anytime before they are 4 weeks old. Ideally I would say 2 weeks old or younger is the most ideal.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
A.Yes that is perfectly okay! Trust me, I never know how to pose when I am on the spot either. Let me help you feel comfortable during your shoot.
Do you accommodate for people with disabilities?
A.Yes! If you want a session that will accommodate people with disabilities just contact me and I can help you book! There is no up-charge for time increase on your session. If you want a 15 minute mini session, I will gladly double the time to ensure we get all the pictures we want for the session. I currently work in a Special Education classroom and know that it is hard to sync up schedules. This is why I am glad to make accommodations.
When do I pay for my session?
A.You pay for your session in full after booking to reserve your spot. For certain higher priced sessions I can offer payment options, but the session should be paid in full 2 weeks before the session.
I don't see the session I want, now what?
A.Contact me at beaart1995@gmail.com and I can help you book your session! Just because it is not an option does not mean I do not offer that kind of session.
I ordered digital art, when will I get it?
A.Just like my regular photo galleries, this depends on how busy my schedule is, how complex the artwork is, and how many galleries are ahead of you. My goal is to maintain a 4-8 week turnaround time and communicate if it will take longer. I will send out your art as soon as possible. Ask us about our sticker option for our digital artwork!
